Gear recommendations

Long leggings will be a great option that will protect you from tall grass, branches seeking to scratch you, nettles and thickets. In addition, in case of rain you will be warmer. Pay great attention to the shoes in which you plan to run. Due to the specifics of the distance, we recommend you shoes with aggressive tread sole. It allows you to better stay on slippery and uneven surfaces, without losing speed, without slipping and with less possibility to get an injury. We recommend to test your chosen equipment in training conditions before the start, so that you feel comfortable and confident so nothing could spoil the fun of the competition.
